On the 31st of August, I collided with a car in front of me. I claimed from Outsurance, my insurer, and she claimed from M&F, her insurer. M&F then tried unsuccessfully for 4 months to claim her excess back from Outsurance. To this day, Outsurance has not paid out, and M&F had no choice but to issue a summons against me to get some results. I now have a summons in my name while Outsurance refuses to accept responsibility, explain what happened, or phone the other party to apologize. I should never have received a summons, Outsurance should simply have done their job and paid out.
