Still waiting for our money

Our card was cloned at Makro Centurion where they then withdrew R 2500 from our account. We immediately notified STB and they stopped all the cards and froze the account. STB said it would take 15 days for investigation and payback. We are over the deadline and still waiting. After various calls to their call center and visists to the bank they promised to phone as back everytime but we are still waiting. No call or refund yet, we spent more money on the phone calls to their call center than what was from us.
