Unneccessary phone calls

2 weeks I got phone calls from Standard Bank Credit Rehabilitation Cnetre not just once up 8 times a day for my loan account that is appernetly R1 682.00 in arrears. so I went to the Parow branch where they said that my account was up to date and nothing was in arrears. They even let me phone the laon department where they also confirmed that except a R316.85 that was arranged to be paid on the 2nd of December a month ago, my account was up to date. For the past 2 weeks know every single day from 7 up till 10 in the morning and then from 6 to 8 in the evening I will get phone calls from Standard Bank. I even logged a complaint where I was told it would take 7 working days before to investigate it. I phoned the Credit rehabilitation Centre know and I was told that although arrangement was made for the R318.85 it doesnt show on the system that I made any arrangement. Maybe Standard Bank should use the money they spend on making all these phone calls to me on training their staff to be competent and be more sufficeint!
