Rude and unacceptable service by Nasima Khalie

On 20 November 2013 I went into the ABSA Seapoint branch (forex division) to deposit a cheque. Nasima Khalie was the person with whom I had to deal. I have never been treated so badly and spoken to so rudely in my entire life. I walked out shocked by how I was treated by Nasima.

I am not an ABSA client, and will never even consider banking with ABSA based on the way I was treated. I hope that I never have to go into another ABSA branch again!!!

I urge someone in ABSA management to deal with this accordingly!!!
