I have been a client of ABSA since 1971 (back in the Volkskasbank era). I have had numbers business dealings with ABSA as well as my personal banking and investments.
Even with all the support that I have provided for ABSA over the past 42 years, it is shocking for me to be treated the way that ABSA treated me.
I tried on various occasions to attach the reward program to my personal account. The last of these occurrences being the one that I am the most shocked about. After waiting in a waiting room for about an hour, the lady that assisted me with working out the problem could still not assist. She promised that she would contact me back - and to date I have received NO response.
I FIND THIS KIND OF SERVISE UNEXCEPTABLE!! HOW CAN IT TAKE OVER A MONTH TO CONTACT ME BACK?!
