Fnb is worse than"beep bank"

For more than 30 yrs I have banked with fnb. 6 of 8 of my accounts are with fnb. my 4 cars financed by them. I am now a premium customer without a premium banker since my premium banker was promoted?? some 6 months ago. Still waiting to be allocated a new one.? I have recently applied for vehicle finance. Started with online application but was referred to the dealer... dealer contacted them and I got approval. Within 24 hrs of feedback 'fnb' called me following up on the application I.e. whether i am satisfied or not. I told the caller that I wanted to negotiate rates. I informed them that I have set an instruction with my investment account to transfer funds into their account so to settle my current vehicle. They confirmed that they can see that on the system and that in that case they can drop the rate to 8%. They promised that they will update the dealer re the changes. I requested that they send me confirmation as well. They promised that they will domwhat need to be done and notify deaer and call me back... I waited 2hrs, tried to called them back on 087 150 2507 to no avail. Dealer confirmed no updates from fnb. was referred to Jenine who made more promises n AWOLed
