I have been with Absa for several years now. I was on a student achiever account. I then received a call from the Ranburg branch and i was told my account would be changed due to an inflow of money into my account. I then explained the transactions and I was told they would get back to me. I have not received anything back from Absa, my account has been changed without me knowing and I have subsequently automatically been paying higher banking charges without knowledge of this change. The attitude and lack of professionalism from the staff at the Randburg branch is shocking.
