When I walked into the bank I went to receptionist regarding my dormant acc and she told me to take a seat. iv been sitting in the bank for two hours waiting for a consultant to attend me. no one seems to care wether customers are served or not, all they care about is taking our money and their insane bank charges. trully speaking this bank or maybe its because its neighbourhood for blacks.
