This is simply pathetic service from Standard Bank. Why must I wait 24 Hours for them to increase my EFT, I have been with them for 8 years and they don't care how they treat their customers, maybe its time to move on to another bank. I recently got married and a large amount of money was deposited into my account as a gift, do they think I that money for them to tell me that they need to trace the source of the funds. Just last month, I walked into a standard bank branch and they changed my EFT with no hassles. NO that I want to do the same thing again, Standard Bank Mowbray calls me to say they need to trace the source of the money and must wait 24 hours, seriously what bull is that. Why the double standards Standard Bank?
