Was at absa saveways friday, sat and sat waiting for a consultant, it seems like there was only 1 or 2 consultants there with no idea who is next, i left after a while and went to absa at the mall, once again 2 consultants with only one seeing the customers and the other one chattering on the phone what sounded not like business. Once again i left after a while. Came to absa saveways on sat - bank closed due to being off line. Came to absa saveways again now and been sitting here since 14h30 abd its now 15h25 with still the same people sitting here waiting for a consultant to see them, one customer enquired with the branch manager and she told him that there is ony one consultant. With another 3 people still sitting here plus me and no one can help.
This is unacceptable! If this is how i have to battle to see someone to apply for a consolidated loan then ill jave to go elsewhere!
