First National Bank will not let me back into bank

Today i went to my FNB branch in strand and was sitting for over 2 hours in a que (bank was busy understandable) waiting to apply for a lone. then i realized that i forgot my phone and i.d. in the car and went out to fetch it, when i wanted to go back in the bank the door was locked, i told the guard at the inside of the bank that i just went to fetch my phone and id in the car he told me through the closed door that he could not let me back in. i then phoned my wife who is still sitting in the que, she went to the branch manager (that asked us earlier what we here for) and she told him that i just went to the car to fetch the stuff. he told her that sorry they don't let any one in after the door is locked. with other words i wasted 2 hours for nothing, how is it possible that FNB can be so unconsidered to not let me back in after i invested 2 hours of my life waiting in their que. ive decided to go to CAPITEC or any other bank to apply for a loan and if they would help me im gladly going to move my bank account there, as this is the second time im dissapointed with FNB by going into the bank. if they not willing to help, they surely dont need my money, thanks for nothing
