Bank charges

My banking charges have been coming off my account, even though my account had no money in it and was not active and dormant. The minute a little bit of money comes into my account I'm told its dormant and needs to be reactivated. I am unemployed and asked if the charges they were taking off could be reserved, to which I was told to speak to a consultant about trying to reverse them, the consultant I then saw had no time to hear my story and a bad attitude. Disappointed once again with fnb!
