Does Standard Bank not want my buisiness

Over a week ago i went into Standard Bank and asked if it was possible to speak to a consultant regarding pre-approval vechile finance. I was directed to a consultant we sat down and started to discuss things. After spending 15 minutes getting all mt details down, i get told S.B. is offline. I then get told we have all your details and some one will get back to you. One week has passed and still no response. As i work very long hours im off once a week, so decide to go in and ask on the follow up... that's when i lost my cool. Firstly i was told that the consultants can not assist me with car finance, but i was here the week before i spoke to a consultant and now i cant even get to see some 1. which i then requested to speak to the manager.( which the receptionist phoned and asked if she was busy. and she was not) was then told that by (the receptionist) the same story that we can not assist you with this. So... the manger or team leader was to busy to come and attend "MY MATTER" I have three accounts with Standard bank... so what I'm try to say is that: if the colour of my money is not good enough for Standard bank, maybe I SHOULD CLOSE MY ACC & bank with some 1 else
