I phone Absa requesting my internet banking to be re-instated, so I can pay my accounts for the month. They gave me a refference number and said it will take 24 to 48 hours. After 54 hours it was still not done. When complaining they said they can do nothing. They can just re request it, but it will take abother 24 to 48 hours. Absa is the worst bank, when it comes to keeping their commitments! Just because they so big, they don't care about the indivivual! I would deffinately never recommend Absa Bank to anyone! They should not be bankers.
