MPESA Not working

I used MPESA for the first time on 18-11-2013 to transfer money to a friend of mine via internet banking. Because I was using it the first time, I decided to send R 20 just to see if the system is working. My friend recieved the SMS immediately that tells him that R 20 is available for withdrawal. I was quiet happy with that and so I sent R200 to my friend. Two days later and still my friend has not recieved the SMS! I called Nedbank and told them about this and they said that I should just wait for the sms because the delay is with Vodacom. When I called Vodacom on 19-10-2013 they escalated the matter to Nedbank and promised me that the matter should generally be sorted by late afternoon. Still nothing! Nedbank please help me get this sorted. Two days should be more than enough time to release this money.
