Mpesa and Nedbank service!! Breach!!!

First I get a debit notification, had R700 less in my account. Deposited R2k before four hours, the overdrawn amount was deducted from my balance. Than the debit was returned. That's the first breach of promise (your advertising says otherwise and I was charged a returned fee).

Now I'm trying to withdraw Mpesa i sent to myself via online banking. First at ATM yesterday. Didn't work. Called the call centre, said I don't have a vodacom number, so I have to go into a branch.

I'm in the branch teller outlet number 002985, elderly teller Marie Mooley says machines off line, must go to enquiries. Enquiries says I must go tithe teller! I don't have time to waste!!! If a service doesn't work don't offer it.

I want my R120.

And get staff who now the systems!!!
