Small amount of money, huge customer irritation

Husband deposited 4 sums of money into my current account via ATM. I am entitled to 3 free deposits per month. He carefully deposited the large amounts as the first three and the fourth was for R200. Imagine my disgust to see Standard Bank had charged me R119 cash deposit fee, for depositing R200. Luckily we have the deposit slips clearly showing the order of the deposits, with the R200 being the last. After visits and calls to the bank (Funeka dealing with the matter), my husband was told today that they would reverse the R119 and charge me a cash deposit fee for the R200. I am furious. How dare they agree to reverse the fee that they had charged in breach of their agreement with me and then charge me for the R200. I demand an apology and compensation of at least R100 for the trouble, phone calls and petrol used to sort out the bank's error. Failure to respond favourably by close of business tomorrow will result in this being reported on social media
