Incompentancy and poor response

I have tried to withdrew money at Standard Bank ATM and the money didnt come out but my account was debited immediately. The ATM gave me a receipt that the amount withdrawn was R0.00 but my account was never updated and credited. I have lodge the issue and they told me that they will take 15 days to resolve the issue but up until today it is not resolved. When I call them, they first told me that they cannot access my account and it will take another 5 days for IT department to sort it out. Today when i call again, they told me that the investigation was not conclusive and they will have to lodge the issue again and it will take another 12 days for them to respond to me. When i asked why the investigation was inclusive, they said that they cannot locate the ATM I used because it is not on their system. How did they debit my account because the ATM is not linked to their system? The Standard bank staff is so incompetant and the bank itself does not value its clients. They treat us like dirt. I couldnt pay my bills because Standard Bank took my money.
