I withdrew money on the 18/03 at sasol penina park ABSA saswitch the transaction was not performed then went to lodge a complain on the 19/03 since then standard bank haven't done a reversal was told to wait 12 business days as the atm is not theirs, today 13/4 I went&they didn't know what the progress is. I went to Cycad Standard bank they could see the complain but advised I should lodge a new one. Now I have to wait yet another 12 days whilst Capitec a new bank does reversals within 20 minutes what's so difficult for Standard bank
