Unknown Cash Withdrawal

On the 25th of March 2013 @12h22am while I was sleeping @ home Cash was withdrawn from my Standard Bank Account and the department picked it up and they suspended my account and gave me a reference number to use when I call the Standard Bank Department. @ first I was told someone will contact me within 3 working days and I knever received that phone call and I phoned again and they sent me an sms to say that my issue will be resolved within 10 working days from the time my account was suspended and now when I call the department It just rings for hours and the machine keeps on telling you that they will attend to your calls and it just rings and now I wonder if I will ever get my money from Standard Bank or they are just not interested in my case. This is bad Service because now i am spending more money trying to get hold of them and no one seems to care. I guess this is the case with Banks so much for SIMPLE, BETTER, FASTER
