I made a withdrawal at a Standard Bank ATM, but there was no money available. The amount was deducted from my account and I phoned the Standard Bank helpline immediately after the incident. 39 working days have passed and I still have not been credited with the amount. I already have four reference numbers and followed up five times to sort out this issue, but no one is willing to help me and nothing is being done. I also have bills to pay and it seems that Standard Bank do not care about their smaller clients. Best of all is that I probably will be charged for the transaction and no interest will be paid!
