Bad customer service

Yesterday my mum went to Standard Bank In Bellville to have a claim formed stamped by the branch for her late husbands "stuff". The consultant refused to stamp the form and said they can't do it and gave no other reason. The form that was filled in was for the deceased's claim but she "know better" and when to go and fill in the details for a claim form where the person is still alive. The in heavens name do the consultants think they know it all. Why didn't she just go and ask her branch manager. Plus my mother wasted money to travel to Bellville to get this done. Is a completed claim form now not enough for the Standard Bank just to put their stamp on it. Was is the huge problem with that? Plus the forms was filled in completely. Please address your incompetent staff as they are like a bad rash in your branch.
