HOLDING ON FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR AT THE CALL CENTR

I've been trying the call centre number 0860112227 since 08h00 this morning, for approximately 16 - 20 minutes at a time. I only want to find out what is happening to my home owners claim as I reported it on the 2nd and they did send someone out last week already, and since it has been raining again last night I am getting worried that the laminated flooring will also be damaged due to the roof that was damaged by the wind last week. Ive tried several times this morning already and while I am typing this report I am holding once again for 12 minutes and the clock is still ticking. How can one hold on so long at a call centre, and without the clerk handling your claim come back to you. I also worked in a claims department and I consider this as absolete poor service. I just told my fellow collegues that I never had a problem with you and now this. Can yuo believe this now, I have been holding on for 13:14 minutes and the phone went dead. i urgently needs feedback as it is raining again and there is going to be more damages.
