My wife contacted ABSA Homeloans and spoke to Janet on 20 November with regards to a leaking roof. We were given a claim # 2485903 and told that we would be contacted within 48 hrs. A SMS was sent to my wife telling her if there was no response to contact the claims department. Needless to say, calling and holding for over 20 minutes since yesterday (26/11/13) on a number of occasions, has resulted in nothing. Meanwhile we have rain every night and the leak seeps through the knotty pine ceiling which will eventually rot. If I'm late with bond payments the call to us is immediate.
