I am insured with Budget Insurance. I have been stranded with petrol and I called roadside assistance to come assist me with petrol. I was assisted with the petrol and had to pay the tow company upon my assistance on the spot. What is appalling to me is that, the commercial of Budget insurance says that they assist with 10 litters of petrol for "free". So I then called budget to inquire about the whole matter. They were still adamant that it is not for free. I then saw the commercial again and recorded it, which still says its 10 litters free. I find this misleading and infringing to my agreement that was set by Budget and me when I signed up. I feel the edge to take them on legally. This is misleading advertising. If they can do this with such a minor thing like 10 litters of petrol? What more are they not revealing which might be laying in their contractual fine print agreement?
