I have insurance claim with an issue to fix and attend my leaking toilet. The plumbers came out to look at the issue and within 30 minutes the Insurance company reverted back to the plumber and told him my insurance claim was rejected. HOW DO YOU INFORM AT THE PLUMBER and not tell me why my claim has not been honored or even bother to follow up how my claim is doing?
i tried to call to find out the reasons why and its been 2 days of calling and holding on the phone for 20 - 30 minutes at a time. Finally got through once and the consultant said they would call me back and NEVER DID!!! Tried to speak to a manager i held on for 20 minutes and gave up!
This has got to be the most unprofessional insurance company on the planet!!!
WARNING DO NOT EVER USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY
i will be surprised if they even bother with my complaint on this website. However i just want the public to know.
