No service from Absa Insure - AGAIN!!!

We have lodged a claim (claim nr. 2482216) 10 days ago re a burst water pipe in the bathroom. Average holding time for call centre 30 minutes. NO feedback from Absa in 10 days, meanwhile the water meter is running and the damage has now escalated dramatically. This is not the first insurance claim we've had with ABSA, and response and feedback is non existant every single time.
