My car was knocked by a client of Virgin Mobile Vehicle Insurance, he drove into me. I now he's car is fixed but my car not. it's been two months, a guy called Bernard from their offices in Johannesburg keeps telling me he's coming back to me for the last two weeks now, but he doesn't, this is unproffesional and unpleasant as I'm the one who's driving a bumped car. My policy number with them are 250082605/01, they don't call they don't tell me anything, the times I call them they can't give me any answers and this is services, I think they should close their doors.
I won't take out an insurance from them even if it was for FREE!!!
