Unbelievable Low Standards of Service Delivery

I am insured by virgin car insurance and on the 21 Jan 2013 I had a bumper bashing (not my fault) I called Virgin and tried to get my vehicle fixed, at first very helpful but until the point of where I should take my car in to get fixed, where they would inform me where to take it. I still till last Wed (almost 3 weeks after accident) havent heard anything form them at ALL i called numerous times and the prmoised to call me back and tell me where to take it but still nothing from their side! so due to the poor service delivery I decided to go through the person who drove into me insurance (OUTsurance) and they informed me that I need a letter from VIrgin Stating that I wont be using them to fix my car. After I spoke to Virgin the said they will with draw my claim and send me a letter no later that 24hrs. It has almost been a week and still havent heard anything. They pass the buck alot and make fake promises. Their is no doubt in my mind to cancel all my policies with them and go for a better insurer that actually sticks to the word.
