I applied for the account with you on the 30th of October and received an SMS from the courier company on the 1st. They never contacted me. I had to phone the courier company on the 7th - they committed to deliver the 11th. I got a call at 16:50 on the 11th from them to find out if they could deliver. The driver said he would come this morning before 11:00. They didn't
I got a call from the Courier on the 13th informing me that because I had missed my appointment I would only get my card on Friday, I spoke to a manager to try expedite, they told me they couldn't help me. I sent a letter of complaint and The FNB premier banker I spoke to committed to personally deliver the by Friday.
They pitched up on Friday the 15th at the wrong building while I was in a meeting. When I asked if they could wait 20 minutes the told me they couldn't. When I spoke to the personal banker I was told I would get it on the 18th.
I still don't have a card. 18 days later.
