So I got a home loan from FNB. To access any extra funds paid into the account I need an FNB account. So I opened a savings account. The courier comes to deliver and my Levy statement is 2 days late (4 March 2013) and the courier pitched today (6 June 2013). So the courier reckons my levy statement is too old. He phones someone that confirms it is OK. I take the card and go back to my desk. I open the envelope. So the courier phones me and says that the levy statement is now too old. So I return the card to him. It is now an open card that has been signed for.

FNB cannot re-issue me a card and can offer no help. So I did mention that should any be committed against my account I will hold them responsible.

This is my first time dealing with FNB and it is an utter mess. So much for their advertising.

Truly pathetic.
