26 April 2013 I have had the worst experience ever regarding customer service. I have opened an FNB bank account online and was told that the CCD courier service company will deliver my card. The company brought the card however did not want to accept my proof of residence when i contacted the bank they advised that it is no problem and the delivery person will come back with my card. However i waited the entire day and still no deliver i have countless number of phone calls and not a single manager called me back. 29 April 2013 CCD courier called me only to advise that they can not deliver my bank cards due to the public holiday on the 01 May and can only deliver on the 02 May. The managers at this company have a don't care attitude and for being a courier company they don't deliver on time and they tell you when they want to deliver your stuff how does that work being a courier company.
