FNB / COURIER-IT = Totally incompetent!!

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, Tuesday morning 7:18 the courier company, COURIER-IT phoned me to find out if I'm at work they will be there 8:00 to deliver my device.
Unfortunately I was Tuesday off-sick and said that they can deliver my device rather Wednesday morning at the same address and company name I gave them Monday. (because according to them if I changed the address to my home to deliver it would only show on the system to deliver the next day).
Wednesday afternoon 13;30 I still haven't heard anything from Courier-it so I phoned them to find out about what time they will deliver my device.
I spoke to a very lady on the phone first of all, second of all I heard for the first time that there is a problem with my parcel because there is no company name stated.
Well, what I want to know now is, why the is there a problem with the company name not stated on my parcel while I gave my address and company name on Monday, and Tuesday morning they were on their way to deliver my parcel and no one then said there is a problem with the company name on the parcel. And I also want to know why they didn't even bother to inform me of this "sudden problem", .
