No delivery - Useless Courier/fnb service

I ordered a smartphone from FNB and was told some courier company called Enginuity would deliver the package. I contacted them on a monday and made an arrangement for delivery on a wednesday between 12 and 2pm. i waited, cancelled a meeting and waited some more and by 2pm still no delivery. When i contacted the courires they claimed they had attempted to deliver the parcel the previous day but that I was not available. I received no call from the couriers the tuesday, no call from my office mailing room or reception, which they normally are quite good at informing me there was a delivery. I just dont see why the courier could not contact me via my cell if indeed they even bothered to deliver the package the tuesday as they claimed. Delivery is now confirmed for friday but clearly i will not be holding my breath. FNB, please change your courier company as I have had many dealings with other couriers with much better service than this pathetic attempt. What a waste of my precious time.
