I have placed order with them with same day payment done. Received confirmation email that parcel would be delivered within 7 working days which would be the 29th Jan. Nothing revceived. With following up Moira told me that they couldn't find my address but 10min after that she said that they only deliver on Tue and Thu in my area and that parcel would be delivered the next day 30th Jan. She also said that driver will call me when he is on his way. Nothing received. I called again just to hear that they will deliver on Friday 31st. I told her that it won't be possible as I am not at home over the weekend. That was after I have been told that I should make sure that someone is at home on the 29th and 30th - which was a waste of time! I told her that I would only be at home again on mon 3rd feb. That afternoon I got a call from courier company telling me that they want to deliver parcel right now! I told the driver the same I told Moira and he said he would then deliver on Mon 3rd feb. Nothing received - only high cellphone bill due to calls I had to make without anything sorted out.
