Bad Service and Attitude

I have been with Standard bank for the last 20 years and have never had such bad service or rotten attitude as from the Durbanville branch. We have been work in a guest house in the Durbanville area for the last 7 years and need to go into the bank with every government booking to verify our bank details. There are 2 ladies working at the info counter that are rude to clients, grabbing the pin pad out of clients hands if they don't put or press the "green button" fast enough, being rude with bad attitude with others. I went in on Friday because of a SMS I received and was told to get back in line until one of them called me. This was after the pin pad with another client. They make feel like a bigger when I go in to do business.
