Being sent from one call centre to another as they dont want to immediately transfer you to the branch and they dont seem to understand English. Went through 3 different call centres for Std bank before I was eventually transferred to the Sasolburg Branch were Helena promised to work on my case after 16:00 today because she was busy with clients. I felt I was not a "client" in their eyes as I now have to wait for a response just because I was a phone in client. In the mean time, I have been a client for more than 30 years at Standard Bank and being a Prestige Client to top it all. I'm telling you there is nothing to feel privileged about! Is this the way Standard Bank treats customers?? The best of all is the problem is on their side and have been a problem for more than 15 years. I was only made aware of it now.
