After 43 years of service to Standard Bank my mother is denied staff rates, has her cheques RD while having an investment with the bank, the service and attitude towards my mother is shocking and as a Standard Bank client I am horrified that the bank will act in such a manner. The bank is celebrating 150 years of which 43 years were dedicated and loyally served by my mom, Mrs. EJ Pitt. How can a bank treat one of their own with such callousness and deny her staff rates?
