Very upset custome

On Monday 13 May I had to leave my workplace to go pay a account in full. I went to my standard bank whom i bank with and they had trouble with doing a EFT payment. So i went to the teller assistant and asked her what my best option would be. She had the attitude and most unpleasant unwelcoming attitude. making me feel like im stupid when the actual problem was her rude attitude. I have been banking with standard bank for more than 8 years and that is the service you get? I got so upset because she wasnt doing me a favor, its her job to assist me! the two guys at the teller points who also assist her always greets you with a smile and makes you feel so welcome. I just got upset again thinking back as to how she treated me. Even my fiance got really upset. what kind of person sits behind a teller window and treats customers as if they are stupid and incompetant? And this is not the first time that we have had this problem with her assistance. I just think that we need people who dont make us feel like when we're there asking for guidance. Makes one feel like changing banking institutions honestly.
