This is what happens when you go to fnb and you are told that hi there is no card for you but you receive sms stating that you have to collect the card, now that i am unable to collect i am emailed and told

The card can not be redirected to you work address and I have given you numerous ways on how I can help you.
We can not take a copy of your id and scan it onto the system, according to the banking practise we can only scan original documents.
I think I have come up with a lot of sollutions and the one that you want to happen cant happen unfortunatley due to the fact that it will not be proper prosedures and I can get fired for doing the incorrect things therefore I assume your query to be resolved and closed.
