Pay premium upfront

on the 15th of October 2013 I called the call centre and request my apo to be amended from the 20th of October to the 2nd of every month which I was advised the retirement annuity is already in the pipeline the life cover can be amended. as expected the debit order return unpaid which I was told it will be effective on the 2nd of December, to my surprise I was debited on the 4th of November since they don't debit on Saturday which I dispute how can they debit me within 3 weeks double amount and the consultant gave me wrong information. I received a call from Avela about the apo that returned advised him he can debit so I wont be behind then 2nd of December it will go back to normal I was shocked when he told me that in December i'll be paying for November and December I enquired with him how can I pay the December premium upfront cause my debit date was the 20th I moved it to the 2nd he said I am behind and his team leader also said the same. I dispute that I can't pay a premium for the 20th of December on the 2nd of December if they don't need my money they rather cancel it and refund me my premiums cause this is not on.
