I had my funeral policy premium debited from my account on the 24th of December 2013 but since the inception of this policy in march 2008 i have always had the premium debited on the 25th of each month. Luckily I was paid early in december 2013 otherwise i would have incurred bank charges had the debit oder gone off with insufficient funds since i get paid on the 25th of everry month.
I called the call centre on the 7th of January 2014 asking for the debit oder date to be sr back to the 25th as per the initial agreement as i was even sent a letter confirming such a change (i still have the letter) but to my surprise this morning when i logged onto my online profile, i noticed that my debit order will be going off on the 27th of the month (and i never agreed to such).
What do you need me to do now coz i have done my part by calling you to rectify the mistake but nothing was done?
Yo can do better guys... I want my debit order to go off on the 25th of every month not what you decide for me.
