Debiting the incorrect account

I called Nebank personal loans to change my debit order date and account as I joined a new company. this information was successfully relayed to the call centre agent. To my surprise, only the debit order date was changed but not the account number. the 3rd of November came along and they tried to debit my old account which obviously had no funds in it, then I was harassed with sms's telling me I haven't paid. I called again and spent 30mins on the phone being transferred back and forth to get this money to them. I was told that everything was sorted out and they would send an instruction to debit by the 8th. it is already the 17th and the money had still not gone through to pay my loan!!! if the month lapses this will be bad for my credit record! can this be sorted!!
