I have had the worst kind of service I have ever seen from an insurance Co. I had the misfortune of a geyser bursting at 5am in the morning. There is no after hours assistance in this regard. I had to wait until 8am to log my call. The 1st company assigned (24Fix) was unable to assist until late in the afternoon because they were fully booked (8am in the morning) I then complained and they somehow they managed to come out immediately to stop the water leak & drain geyser. I then had to make 6 more calls to King Price to have the geyser replaced. No messages were returned nor followed up. 2nd contractor was only assigned at 2pm and only came out at 4:30pm to fix geyser. The damage to the ceiling were the contractor stepped through was only replaced yesterday and it was the WORST job ever. The contractor (AMS cc) was 2 hours late in arriving & was the most incompetent staff ever seen. The workmanship is of such bad quality I cant believe the King Price sent them to me. The cornice don't meet up & here a lot of pollyfiller was used to fill gaps. Paint dripped on my walls, floors, window sill. AMS has such a bad attitude when I complained about the work. I WANT ANOTHER CONTRACTOR!!!
