I first went to African Bank about 3weeks ago, stating that I got retrenched & the person who was helping me told me to get 6months bank statements, a police affidavit. I did so and went back to the bank to hear I do not need the bank statements and I need to go back to the police station to get my retrenchment letter certified as well as my I D! Did everything again and phoned customer services and they told me that they have not received any documents from the consultant that assisted me. Eventually I received a sms that says that they received the documents but ever since I have not had ONE call from the consultant to keep me posted or updated about the whole situation. They are quick to call you to take a loan, but when it comes to after service, no one cares about you anymore. What can I do to receive feedback on my insurance claim due to retrenchment?
