Hello my name is Thiloshree Prosad and my husband is the account holder Pranesh Prosad he has been retrenched in May 2013, i have emailed the letter of retrenchment as well as the copy of ID and Bank statement to the branch manager Vernie and to African Bank, i have had no results since May 2013.
I have spoken to various people at african bank collections dept and had no joy.my husband stays in durban and is seeking new employments i am the only spouse working. Please advise what i must do as i have been just told by Patrick Scelo from African Bank Collections that there is no insurance claim and that they have received the documents
