Why have you suddenly started debiting me again when you KNOW I have been retrenched and am still un-employed? I have completed all the documents for BOTH my accounts with you for retrenchment insurance, and have called personally many times after I kept getting SMS's to say send the documents, that you have received them. No debits were taken off my account, but now you are deducting money again? I am STILL unemployed, and can prove this. The money I have in my account is all I have to live on, and now you deduct from it? I have not once had a call or communication from anyone at your insurance dept. telling me what's going on, and trying to get info this morning was a nightmare! As far as I know, I have done everything you required from you by sending all my retrenchment documents to you, but from day one I was in the dark. Please play the tapes back of all my calls and you will hear my concerns and questions. Why suddenly (after not a single call from African Bank) do you suddenly start debiting again?
