Retrenchment cove

I was retrenched, on the 30th of August, 2013. I contacted African Bank, with regards to the retrenchment claim paid on my loan. I was asked to send the retrenchment letter, and other documents through to them. This was done on the 3rd of October, and since then, i heard nothing from them no phone calls or e-mails. It is just total insanity that companies offer you these "benefits" and then when you require them, you find out it is actually a waste of time.
