I had a burglary on 16 Nov 2912. Its now 14 Feb 2013 and I am still waiting for OUTsurance to sort out their service provider and find out why the repairs have not been completed. OUTsurance does not follow up to see if their service providers are doing the work. Why should the client fight to get things done. Lots of and more have been the answer to my calls as to why its taking forever to complete the repairs. Every month outsurance gets their premiums on time but when it comes to claims they forget about their faithful clients. WHEN AM I GOING TO GET THIS MATTER SORTED OUT!!!
