I attempted to load a dental claim on my one card, however I was told that I had an outstanding claim, I know for a fact that I do not have any outstanding claims, I then called the call center only to be told that they cannot help me as it is not there department and therefore not there problem as it was an IT problem. This is totally unacceptable from a company that provides a health solution, how can a person with a medical emergency wait for the IT department to open. I have been experiencing ongoing issues with One Plan, if its not poor service by the staff that can barely speak proper English its poor products provided. I highly recommend alternate service providers for heath care as One plan is a mere fly by night operation.
